Resolution No. 1: Eat more fruit.
The Dilemma: Five a day is tough, and I often get busy and forget when I am at work.
The Solution: Do it all at once.
Before: 1 banana, 1 apple, some pineapple chunks, 2 clementines, and a handful of berries

After: 1 BIG fruit smoothie
